Marloes Beach - Wales

Marloes Beach, located in the county of Pembroke, New South Wales is an extraordinarily beautiful beach with mighty rocks and cliffs and the exquisite golden sands and sparkling blue water. The beach is nearby to the islands of Skomer, Grasshohm and Gateholm. The predominant language here is English. Marloes Beach is spectacularly beautiful and relaxing. For a peaceful holiday, it is ideal to come here for a visit though it can be quite boisterous in the peak season. It is a sight to see huge rocks standing vertical in the sands, surrounded by the cold water of the sea. You can enjoy a mini-adventure by diving into the sea and digging for sea shells, rocks, etc. The beach has an exclusive car park that is free for the National Trust Members.

• The Marloes Beach is famous for the various water activities that can be undertaken here. Sports like diving, parasailing, paragliding, windsurfing, etc. are highly popular. The tourists can enjoy the enchanting evening breeze sitting by the beach and sipping on exotic drinks. Various eateries are also available offering snacks, fast food, and various cuisines.


• The western side of the peninsula is owned by the National Trust. This peninsula is ideal for picnicking and relaxing. The tourists can enjoy the wildlife of Skomer Sound that includes animals like seals, choughs and puffins. The western peninsula also contains a deer park as well, where one can see numerous deer, playing among themselves and also mating.

Climatic Conditions
The climate at Marloes Beach is mild and temperate. The period from March to June is the driest while from September to January the area experiences heavy rains. Tourists can visit anytime of the year as the weather is generally calm and pleasant.

How To Reach Marloes Beach
The Marloes Beach is at a walking distance from Martin’s Haven. Martin’s Haven can be reached by boat from the Skomer Island.
