Calangute beach is located nine miles from Panaji the capital of Goa. Calangute beach is around 4miles long and is surrounded by various palm trees. Due to its vast beauty & splendor, it is also termed as the Queen of beaches.

It is among the most fussiest and commercialized beaches of Goa. In the late 70s and 80s, Calangute beach was the favorite hippie hang out place.
Calangute beach offers huge space to accommodate bulk of visitors. It is also famous for its various bars and restaurants that line up the beach.

Getting there
The Calangute beach is in Goa. Goa is an international place where you will get all the direct flights. In addition, domestic airlines too are available for the Goa.
